Reusable cold chain packaging, engineered for every distance.
DeepChilled Shippers are patented, temperature-controlled packaging systems that keep pharmaceutical and biotech shipments stable — without relying on dry ice or external power.
High-value shipments can't afford a broken cold chain.
Three-quarters of temperature-sensitive shipments are high-value or effectively irreplaceable — tissue samples, cell cultures, insulin crystals. Traditional passive packaging, without an unbroken active cold chain, sees spoilage rates of 20–30% on long-distance transit.
DeepChilled packaging removes dry ice and external cooling from the equation entirely — cutting shipment weight and logistics cost by roughly half, while keeping the product's temperature stable at the mid-point of the payload, the only reliable measurement point.
- Temperature range — PLUS (refrigerated), MINUS (frozen) or thermo-stable

dry ice transport
~50% lower cost
Three systems, built around temperature and transit time.
Every DeepChilled shipper is classified by temperature range and duration, so the packaging matches the shipment rather than over-engineering it.

Deep Chill PLUS
The core system for 2°C–8°C shipments — vaccines, formulations, biologics — stable well beyond standard transit windows.
- Net volumes2 / 5 / 14 / 50 L
- DurationUp to 120h

Deep Chill MINUS
Patented ice-plate system for frozen goods at −18°C to −25°C, with an optional dry-ice configuration for extended transit.
- Net volumes2 / 5 / 14 L
- DurationUp to 96h · 4–6 days with dry ice

CourierSAFE
Compact, courier-friendly shippers for 2°C–8°C goods, sized for smaller consignments and faster last-mile delivery.
- Net volumes4 / 10 / 20 L
- DurationUp to 60h
Why teams switch away from dry ice.
No dry ice, lower cost. Removing dry ice cuts documentation, dangerous-goods handling, and mid-transit replacement — a cost reduction of up to 55%.
Stable for up to 120 hours. Independent of external power and resilient to extreme ambient temperatures, so product arrives in the condition it left in.
Built for every distance. From 24-hour local runs to 120-hour intercontinental transit, on the same platform.
Fully recyclable, non-toxic. Every component is safe for pharmaceutical, medical and food use, and recyclable at end of life.
Flat-pack efficient. The vacuum flat-pack principle cuts storage and dispatch volume, and stacks flat or fully assembled.
Full dimensions and capacity, by system.
Outer dimensions, usable payload space, and ice-pack loading for every SKU in the range.
